About Us
The Team Behind the Recovery
We are a collective of healthcare professionals based in the heart of New York. Having spent years on the front lines of patient care in leading medical institutions in NYC, we’ve seen firsthand the rising tide of liver-related health challenges.
"Hepatic Recovery" was born out of a shared observation: while the liver is one of the most resilient organs in the human body, it is also the most misunderstood. We decided to step out of the clinic and into the community to provide the education we wish every patient had before they reached our offices.
Our Mission: Proactive, Not Reactive
With the rise of MASLD (Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease), liver health is no longer just a concern for a specific demographic—it is a cornerstone of metabolic health for everyone. As a collective of healthcare colleagues in New York, we believe that a healthy liver is the silent engine behind stable blood sugar, heart health, and sustained energy.
Our goal is simple
We aren't just here to talk about disease; we are here to champion recovery. We aim to equip every individual with the tools to reverse liver fat, reduce systemic inflammation, and reclaim their metabolic health.
Why does this matter so much to us? Look at the stats in out home state:
The Impact: Nearly 2,000 New Yorkers lose their lives to liver disease annually.
The Opportunity: With over 30% of adults in our state currently classified as overweight or obese, and 10% living with diabetes, the opportunity for preventative liver care has never been more urgent.
Our Commitment: We are dedicated to providing New Yorkers (and the world) with the tools to reverse these trends through diet, exercise, and early screening.
